Creditors and other persons having claims (in respect of which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 august 2022, are required by the administrator, jemma ann gryl, of care of logie legal, 172 onslow road, shenton park wa 6008, to provide particulars of their claims to logie legal within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which the administrator may proceed to convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
