Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 31 january 2025 at hollywood private hospital, nedlands in the state of western australia are required by the personal representative, being anthony james francis hewitt to send particulars of their claims to care of brook legal, po box 93, wembley in western australia 6913 within 30 days of publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
