Extends emergency situation declarations related to Tropical Cyclone Seroja for six months.

Christopher John Dawson, State Emergency Coordinator, extends the emergency situation declarations made on 9 April 2021 and 14 April 2021 in respect of Tropical Cyclone Seroja for a further period of six months. The only powers that may be exercised are those under section 69 in relation to a place and those under section 72 of the Emergency Management Act 2005.
