I, Stuart Wade, Acting Deputy Commissioner Strategy and Emergency Management, acting for the FES Commissioner as a hazard management agency for the purposes of the Emergency Management Act 2005 hereby declare that the Emergency Situation Declaration made by this hazard management agency on 2 January 2023 at 2140 hrs in respect of the Tropical Low 06 U (as extended) is hereby revoked.
