Alistair Jones, acting chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, delegates to the holders of the offices of executive director, assurance; and executive director, circular economy, both of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, all powers and duties, other than this power of delegation, under sections 86(1) and 88(2) of the act. Delegation No. 10 dated 30 April 2024 and published in the gazette on 17 May 2024 is revoked.
