Part 1 — Preliminary 1. Citation These regulations are the Transport Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2018. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) Parts 1 and 6 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2018. Part 2 — Navigable Waters Regulations 1958 amended 3. Regulations amended This Part amends the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958. 4. Regulation 47C amended (1) After regulation 47C(3)(b) insert: (ba) must be accompanied by a fee of $28.00; and (2) In regulation 47C(4) delete “subregulation (2)(a),” and insert: subregulation (2)(a) and the fee referred to in subregulation (3)(ba), (3) In regulation 47C(5)(b)(ii) delete “$20.80.” and insert: $21.50. 5. Regulation 57 amended In regulation 57(1) delete “Schedule 2” and insert: Schedule 3 6. Various fees amended Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table. Regulations amended This Part amends the Perth Parking Management Regulations 1999. 1642 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 25 May 2018 8. Schedule 2 amended In Schedule 2 delete item 11 and insert: 11. a facility that has more than 5 parking bays for the use of vehicles (excluding a bay set aside for
