These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Administration) Regulations 2014. They specify who can sign a notice to withdraw an infringement notice for an offence under a road law other than the Road Traffic Act 1974, including positions within the Driver and Vehicle Services business unit and Main Roads Act 1930.
