Hugh Francis McElvaney, Bailor, was given notice on 11 December 2025 that goods at 599 Irishtown Road, Irishtown, Western Australia, including vehicles, trailers, machinery, plant, building materials, pallets, tyres, rims, timber, shelving and other miscellaneous goods, were ready for redelivery. Unless redelivery occurs within 1 month, Clive Lovell, Bailee, intends to apply to the Court for an order to sell or dispose of the goods.
