Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 28 july 2020 are required by the trustee equity trustees wealth services limited acn 006 132 332 of level 1, 575 bourke street, melbourne victoria 3000 to send particulars of their claim to them by 6 july 2021 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
