Thelma Aileen Thomson, late of Unit 1/34 Filburn Street, Scarborough, Western Australia, administration, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 5 August 2020 are required by the Trustee Equity Trustees Wealth Services Limited ACN 006 132 332 of Level 1, 575 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 to send particulars of their claim to them by 20 November 2020 after which date the Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
