It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Albany Local Planning Scheme amendment on 14 June 2021 for the purpose of transferring Lot 84 Harding Road, Lots 85 and 86 Home Road, and Lots 87 and 98 Frenchman Bay Road, Robinson from Schedule 14 Rural Residential Zone area No. 29 and Residential Zone to Rural Residential Zone Area No. 43, and other modifications.
