It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Albany Local Planning Scheme amendment on 20 January 2017 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Lot 11 (No. 264) Nanarup Road, Kalgan from ‘Residential R1’ to ‘Special Residential Zone SR21’, and amending the Scheme Maps accordingly; 2. Inserting provisions relating to the subdivision, development and use of Special Residential Area No. 21 into Schedule 15 of the Scheme Text.
