Notice to landowners and occupiers within the Town of Port Hedland to establish and maintain fire prevention measures, including asset protection zones and firebreaks, as per the Bush Fires Act 1954. Failure to comply may result in fines or prosecution. Details requirements for all land and rural/non-rural land exceeding 5000m². Includes conditions for solid fuel appliances, camping/cooking fires, fire pits, and permits to burn.
