Pursuant to regulation 10A (b) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, notice MA403 published in the Government Gazette on 22 December 2023 is cancelled, closing the Port Hedland Spoilbank Marina to swimming, except for the southeastern corner between 1st April and 31st October.
