Notice to creditors and claimants of margaret helen frayne late of aegis montgomery house, [contact details redacted] and formerly of [contact details redacted]/homemaker, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 5 september 2022 are required by the trustees care of mcfarlane lawyers, [contact details redacted] by 12 june 2023 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
