Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18th january 2023, are required by the executors anne clohessy and neil waterhouse, of [contact details redacted] 6081, to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from today, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
