The Minister for Planning has granted approval to the declaration of a planning control area over Bennett Springs North (Marshall Road) as shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) plan number 3.2793/1. The WAPC considers that the planning control area is required over the property to ensure that no development occurs on this land which might prejudice this purpose.
