Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late Lilliana Amelia Carla Venter of Regents Garden Four Seasons, 495 Marmion Street, Booragoon in the State of Western Australia, deceased 19 June 2021, are required to send particulars of their claims to Hamid Ashoorian, executor, c/- Avery & Ashoorian Lawyers, po box 3144, Myaree, wa 6154 by 27 September 2021, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
