Richard John Basham, Kenneth Walter Court, Robin Maxwell Halbert, Geoffrey Phillip Kidd and Ian Keith Warner as trustees of the Sir Frank Ledger Charitable Trust have applied to the Supreme Court pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1962 for approval of a scheme to extend the powers of the trustees. The application is to be heard by the Supreme Court of Western Australia at Perth on 16 March 2017 at 9.45am.
