Upon application of the Plaintiff by Originating Summons, the Master ordered that the Scheme being Annexure 1 to the orders be approved as a scheme under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1962 (WA). The scheme for extension of powers of Trustees under the Charitable Trusts Act 1962 (WA) reads as follows— The powers of the trustees of the Sir Frank Ledger Charitable Trust be extended by amending clause 2(d) of the Trust Deed.
