Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel Notice TR409 published on the 27 November 1998 close the waters to motorised vessels within the following area— Lake Ewlyamartup: All waters extending 75 metres from the western shore of Lake Ewlyamartup and bounded in the south by a line through 33°41.639′S, 117°44.153′E and 33°41.653′S, 117°44.206′E and bounded 90 metres to the north by a line through 33°41.593′S, 117°44.170′E and 33°41.607′S, 117°44.223′E. All coordinates based on GDA94.
