Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice TR408 published on the 27 november 1998 and close the waters to motorised vessels within the following area—lake norring: All the waters adjacent the western shore of norring lake bounded by a line through 33°26.774′s, 117°17.120′e and extending east approximately 70 metres to 33°26.774′s, 117°17.166′e; thence south through 33°26.832′s, 117°17.166′e to the shore (approximately 100 metres). All coordinates based on gda94.
