In the matter of the estate of zenon sokol (also known as zenon karl sokol), late of bethanie fields nursing home, [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 7 december 2017, are required by the executors, charles john rooney and paolo orso (also known as paul orso), to send the particulars of their claim to kroon legal, [contact details redacted] (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
