In the matter of the estate of shirley veronica beryl barber, late of ellenvale nursing home, [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 7 october 2017, are required by the executor dennis george barber to send the particulars of their claim to kroon legal, [contact details redacted] (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
