These rules amend the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Arbitration Rules 2011. They relate to fatality compensation applications under various sections of the Act, including sections 72H(3), 72I(3), 72J(8), Schedule 1A clause 8(6), and Schedule 1A clause 8(7). Certain rules do not apply or cease to apply in relation to fatality compensation applications, particularly those concerning accepted claims.
