Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estates of the deceased, who died on 23 october 2025 and 13 june 2025 respectively, are required by the executor, kelly may mackinnon, to send the particulars of their claims care of curae law, level 4, 1008 hay street, perth wa 6000, on or before 16 february 2026, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
