On 15/08/[contact details redacted] of WA granted Probate No. PRO/5862/2025 to Joseph Michael Rapattoni as Executor of c/- Suite 6, [contact details redacted] other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased (including to which s63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), are required by the Executor to send particulars of their claims to the Executor by one clear calendar month from the date this notice is given, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
