Announces the appointment and cancellation of authorised persons for the Shire of Leonora.

It is hereby notified for public information that the following persons have been appointed as ‘authorised persons’ for the Shire of Leonora pursuant to the Dog Act 1976, the Cat Act 2011 and the Litter Act 1979. The appointment of the following as ‘authorised persons’ are hereby cancelled.

Determines that the Shire of Leonora will use unimproved value of land as the basis for rates.
Council intends to apply to the Minister for Local Government to revest land in the Crown.
Determines the gross rental value as the basis for rates on a mining tenement within the Shire of Leonora, excluding section 6.29(2) of the Local Government Act 1995.
Determines that the method of valuation to be used by the Shire of Leonora for mining tenements is the gross rental value of the land.
