Appoints Mark Cruickshank, James Lesley Morgan, Fiona Sturges, and Ross Sturges as authorised persons for the Shire of Leonora and cancels the appointment of Douglas M Beaton.

It is hereby notified for public information that the following persons have been appointed as ‘authorised persons’ for the Shire of Leonora pursuant to the Dog Act 1976, the Cat Act 2011 and the Litter Act 1979: Mark Cruickshank, James Lesley Morgan, Fiona Sturges, Ross Sturges. The appointment of the following as ‘authorised persons’ are hereby cancelled: Douglas M Beaton. All previous appointments, as per notice Government Gazette dated 28th March 2025, remain.
