Pursuant to powers under section 17(6) of the Bush Fires Act 1954, a further period of prohibited burning times for the Shire of Esperance are hereby imposed through until 28 february 2020.

Enacts the Shire of Esperance Health Amendment Local Law 2026.
Authorises general retail shops in Esperance to open during otherwise closed hours.
Requires landowners in the Shire of Esperance to comply with bush fire prevention measures between October 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021.
Appoints fire weather officers for various zones within the Shire of Esperance and cancels all previous appointments.
