Requires landowners in the Shire of Esperance to reduce fire hazards on their properties between October 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021.

As a measure to assist in the control and prevention of bush fires, owners and/or occupiers of land within the Shire of Esperance have a legal obligation to meet the requisitions of this notice and keep the property compliant from 1st October 2020 until 31st March 2021. Failure to comply may result in a penalty of up to $5000, with additional contractor and administration costs.
