City of Greater Geraldton Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2020. Under the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Greater Geraldton resolved on 24 November 2020 to make this local law. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
