City of Greater Geraldton makes the following local law under the powers conferred by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. This is the City of Greater Geraldton Waste Local Law 2020, commencing 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
