Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 4 august 2024 are required by the executor, rein jozsef squires, c/- bell & co legal, [contact details redacted] within one month of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
