Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of above named deceased who was found on the 8 may 2023, are required by the executors, roslyn christine mercer and bruce alexander mercer, to send particulars of their claims to executors of the estate of john r chmielewski [contact details redacted] (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which notice has been given.
