Under the powers conferred by section 342 of the Health Act 1911 and Subdivisions 1 and 2 of Division 2 of Part 3 of the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Kondinin resolved on 19 day of October in the year 2016 to make the following local law.

Authorises general retail shops in the Shire of Kondinin to open at specified times during the Christmas period, excluding Christmas Day.
Authorises general retail shops in the Kondinin local government district to be open at specified times during the Christmas period, except for Christmas Day.
Enacts the Shire of Kondinin Animals, Environment and Nuisance Amendment Local Law 2018.
Reclassifies portion of Lot 330 Clayton Street, Hyden from ‘Local Scheme Reserve—Public Purpose: Education’ to ‘Residential R30’.
