It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Kondinin Local Planning Scheme amendment on 20 December 2017 for the purpose of— 1. Reclassifying portion of Lot 330 on DP 50605 Clayton Street, Hyden from ‘Local Scheme Reserve—Public Purpose: Education’ to ‘Residential R30’ and amending Scheme Map 3 of 6 accordingly.
