These regulations amend the Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds Regulations 1997. They insert a new Part 4A regarding manufactured homes and attachments, defining terms and setting out requirements for certificates and compliance. Penalties of $4,000 are specified for non-compliance with certificate requirements.
