Made by the governor in executive council. These regulations are the building amendment regulations 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows โ regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations โ when the caravan parks and camping grounds amendment regulations 2020 regulation 7 comes into operation. These regulations amend the building regulations 2012. In schedule 4 clause 2 after item 9 insert: 9a. Building work for a manufactured home or attachment as those terms are defined in the caravan parks and camping grounds regulations 1997 regulation 40a.
