Exempts participants in WA Disabled Water Ski Club Inc activities from certain speed limits under the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, subject to conditions including driving directly to the water ski area, adhering to operating procedures, and not exceeding 12 knots. Revokes instrument WAMA—2023—206136 and is valid until 1 August 2027.
