Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 7 october 2025, are required by the executor, paul john peos to send particulars of their claims to them c/- plain legal, suite 3, 80 walters drive, osborne park wa 6017, within one month after publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
