Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 31 January 2022, are required by the personal representatives to send particulars of their claims to them c/- Plain Legal, Suite 3, [contact details redacted] 6017, within one month after publication of this notice, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
