Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates) in respect of the estate of Gweneth Jose Palmer late of Unit 42, [contact details redacted] 23 July 2021 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the Personal Representative of the Estate of Gweneth Jose Palmer (deceased) care of Young & Young, [contact details redacted] Bunbury, by 28 April 2022 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
