Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25/09/2021, are required by the executor, being David Alan Earnshaw, to send particulars of their claims to Earnshaw & Associates Lawyers, [contact details redacted] 1 month of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
