PL407 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2005 APPROVED LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT Shire of Augusta-Margaret River Local Planning Scheme No. 1 Amendment No. 71 File: TPS/2838 It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River Local Planning Scheme No. 1 on 3 March 2026 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Pt Lot 4 and Lots 31 & 5 Darch Road, Margaret River from ‘General Agriculture’ and ‘Priority Agriculture’ to ‘Future Development’ zone. 2.
