In the matter of the estate of Anthony Christopher Martin, late of 51 Curtis Way, Girrawheen in the state of Western Australia, formerly of Auckland in New Zealand, accountant, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 October 2017, are required by the administrator of care of Fort Knox Legal, po box 390, West Perth wa 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to Fort Knox Legal by 29 August 2018, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
