The Minister of Mines and Petroleum, pursuant to the powers conferred on him by section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby declares the land described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) exempt from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978.

Requires creditors and other persons with claims against deceased estates to send particulars by 26 October 2026.
