The Minister of Mines and Petroleum declares the described land exempt from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978. Land includes Cape Domett National Park, North Kimberley Marine Park, Packsaddle National Park, Packsaddle Springs Reserve, Lake Argyle Conservation Park, and Revolver Falls National Park.
