Racing and wagering western australia made a notice under section 61 of the act. This notice is the racing and wagering western australia (fob rules) notice (no. 2) 2019. These rules came into operation on 12 june 2012. Further amendments to the rules were adopted by resolution of the board dated 25 february 2019 and are published in the schedule to this notice for public information.
