TN302 Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018 Transport (Road Passenger Services) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2022 SL 2022/198 Made by the Governor in Executive Council. 1. Citation These regulations are the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2022. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 December 2022. 3. Regulations amended These regulations amend the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Regulations 2020. 5428 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 18 November 2022 4. Regulation 3 amended In regulation 3 insert in alphabetical order: large vehicle means a vehicle that is equipped to seat more than 5 adult persons, including the driver of the vehicle; 5.
